Makes sense to me as the biggest issue I have with Facebook is the Mass Unwanted messages I get on a daily basis. I would be more interested in your event if you weren't just hammering me 5 times daily. Our company has a group on Facebook, every once in a while I invite some of my friends to join. I have sent out possibly 3 messages to the group in 12 months. I value the people who have chosen to pay attention to what we are doing and I do not want to turn them off.
